hi everyone, just trying to figure out if this is illegal. i used to be a manager and am pretty sure it is, but again, want to confirm: so i am scheduled at 9AM monday-friday. i clock in anywhere between 8:30AM and 8:45AM everyday. i felt like they were cutting hours already so i screen-shotted my time card when i left for the day friday and i’m glad i did. my clock in time was changed from whatever times i entered to 8:55AM daily. can they do this? i emailed them asking to review because i was never told anything and if they want me to clock in at that time going forward i can do that, but i feel like i should be paid for the time i clocked in.
