Employer using r/antiwork to better understand what is going on.

This may get me booted. I'm an owner of a small business and I look through this subreddit to get a better understanding of what people want, or hate, about their jobs in an attempt to better understand what might be going on in my own employees minds and lives. Of course, I ask them, but this feels like tapping into the zeitgeist to see what maybe they aren't telling me. Is that a bad thing? Or is the assumption that employers are on here looking for dirt on employees? If I need to go, then I will, but I wanted to let people know that I've found some benefit in it.
