Employer Wants to Trick Me?

So as the title says, i feel like my employer wants to trick me. I work in Germany and i have started working for this employer in September this year. My working contract lasts till 31.12.2023. In November i had an accident on my way to work and ripped my ligament. Since then i have been on sick leave. Its been almost a month of sick leave and i will be returning to work soon. But today my employer called me and told me that this month of sick leave is gonna cost him a full pay and i havent been working for that time so its a loss on his side. Anyways after that he said that he fears ill leave because he had similar experience(i didnt intend to?), so he offers for us two to sign some document where i will bind myself to work at his place till 1st June 2023. Like what the hell? I would have came back and worked normaly anyways. Now that he proposed this i feel an instant repulsion. I feel like im being blackmailed into being mandated to work for him and in that time he can literally do anything with me because i bound myself if i signed it. What are your thoughts on this?
