Employers who allow customers to still shop/eat/use their services after they act like belligerent assholes to their employees need to lose their business licenses.

I can’t tell you how mad it made me last night when i saw a younger hostess on the verge of tears because Retirement Randy and Disability check Darlene had the entitlement to ruin someone’s day because they don’t know how to be cordial to a young lady whos breaking her back over that job. They gave her a hard time because they wanted a booth, but they had to wait 20 minutes. OR they could have just ate at a table and got served right then and there. They had a fit about it and they ended up seating them at a booth. The sad part is i still see the two geriatrics sitting down and enjoying their meal knowing they don’t deserve shit. Management has no idea what to do, so “here’s 20% off the bill. I also took the apps off as well”. I asked my waitress…

I asked my waitress to speak to the manager and ensured her that it was nothing to do with our experience. I told the manager that i witnessed those two drive his employee to a damn-near breakdown and they still got served, so does anyone here care about their employees? His response was pretty blank, so i told him if that is how an establishment is run, they can lose my business forever. I payed the check and dipped.

Are you fucking kidding me dude? Customers act like children so we are going to give in that easy?

Yeah, customer service is all about servicing the customer. But the line between customer and complete jagoff are blurred to the point where you can’t distinguish between them anymore.

The people who run the establishments and allow customers to be this way to their employees who range from a college kid to a mom of two need to either lose their business license OR just get their head knocked off. Please an entitled customer by losing money, or tell an entitled customer to go eat a steaming hot bowl of fuck and lose money regardless. Take your pick capitalists. Clearly one persons issue won’t define the longevity of your business.

Your employees make you money. Take care of them and you’ll see how many people stay with you. Don’t stay on this path and ask yourself the age old question of “why doesn’t anyone want to work?”. You know why. Do better.
