Been working in a hospital doing clerk work for close to a year now since being laid off due to the pandemic, apart of the schedule we already had to work weekend or A weekend depending on staff, recently the hire ups decided they didn’t want to pay anyone overtime so now day shift has to work double shift now that means you Saturday starts at 630 and ends at 10pm and be back for Sunday for a regular 630-2 no extra today for the double just your regular base rate. And your off day would be a Thursday the following week. I’ve applied for numerous jobs and have maybe got one email back il starting to think having a bachelors degree is bad to have on a resume when looking for jobs or these places simply are not ACTUALLY looking for anyone to hire
