Just hit me last night. and maybe it was only where I've worked. Get called in for evaluation and get 4.5 ?Because they won't let me give anyone 5″ Then spend several minutes saying what an exception worker I am,positive example etc… Blowing past all set goals, but nope. New goals set are for thing not even close to my job prescription. Asked a woman in HR on the DL if anyone gets 5 she said only at Admin levels. From now on any where I work I will make sure to meet expectations
