Every job I’ve applied for in the health and safety sector they have changed the job within a week of advertising.

This seems like a massive scam. Im applying for safety manager type positions and they ring me to tell me the job has changed to a basic job (no qualification needed) and the money has dropped drastically, but they would love to have me (and all of my qualifications).
