Hi,
I'm 17, and only recently started working (about 4 months ago). Im getting incredibly worried. I work at a movie theater, and almost 2/3rds of the staff have quit within a month. We are close to running on a skeleton crew and the biggest movies of 2022 are around the corner (dr strange and buzz lightyear). I'm not sure what to do. I'm just anxious. The place is falling apart, everyone is stressed. I guess i'm just ranting.
