As the title say, my ex employer is lying to clients about my occupation. I found a new job a few months go, and i just found out that my old employer is telling my old clients that I'm no longer working in the same field. I understand not telling my old clients where I went, but to completely lie about my career in general is really upsetting to me. I've built up a relationship with many of my clients and I feel like they should know that I didn't leave the field, but I don't think there's anything I can do, other than continue to post on social media. Any advice on what I can do? Is this even legal?
