Anyone else think that we're attacking “corporations” and forgetting piece of paper have no will?
Corporate greed, the corporate entity, starts with people. A manager did a shit thing so “the corporation” is bad? That manager is bad. If the manager was trained that way and still acts shitty toward employees, the trainer is also bad
The manager made the decision to be a piece of shit.
I was ordered to do things which would've resulted in undue stress and discomfort for my subordinates, regularly, and sent that shit back to its originator. I was ordered to kill when it wasn't necessary and didn't. That was when I was military and not following orders is a capital offense in some cases. Some office slimeball tells me to abuse my subordinates, I'm looking for a new job or they are, today.
Bad managers, bad humans, are a problem. People mean for no reason other than to be mean are a problem.
