Had a “huddle” today where management explained that deep down inside each of us is a small team, and that regardless of the lack of people, we can all strive to do 110% and get things done, while they themselves never lift more than a finger to direct people on what to do.
I find it amazing that management gets salaried pay when their only job is to say “Get this done” and will never hop on tasks alongside their subordinates. They get to chat on the phone all day while “doing walks”.
I'm tired all the time. If anyone moves slower they're pulled aside and reprimanded.
I'd go back to school if I could to get out of here but I still need money for things. Does anyone have any advice?
