Not sure if this counts as “off-topic” but wanted to have a discussion.
I'm currently a recruiter and I feel like there is some general negativity surrounding what we do. Obviously being in the industry I can see some aspects of why we get a bad reputation.
- Ghosting candiates
- Incorrectly advertising jobs
- Being a pain about salaries/rates
- Etc
What do you reckon are some of the biggest failures of recruiters and how would you solve it?
