I work for an production shop where my colossal douchebag manager has been using me to run production and do 5+ jobs that aren't mine under the guise he'd put me into the job once we go some staff.
I have had a chronic health issue since getting Covid that has made me have debilitating effects under too much stress, such as shitting blood, joints hurting, draining migraines, etc. Went to doc and don't have colon cancer ..
I keep getting given the spiel of how my attendance needs to be 100% for this role, and know manager has been purposefully pushing me to my limit to deter me and use me at a lower cost until he can hire someone else either more versed or cost efficient.
No movement has happened 3 months after false promises and I listened to that fuck take a call for someone and offer them whatever they need to get them in for the production job. Our pregnant co-worker who is in my old job is about to give birth and 3 people hinted I might be needed in that department which lets me know he already told everyone his plan.
Fuck that stupid balding fuck. I'll do my time until I've got a way out but I'm going to a manageable level of I ain't doing a god-damned extra thing besides bare minimum and will probably intentionally fuck things up to ensure his shop metrics suck.
The production manager he hires will also be in the same office as me, so I'm going to ensure that fuck hates his job and mitigate his production as much as I can
