Every American should be guaranteed the same time off federal workers get. It’s such BS that the richest country can’t provide it’s citizens with a minimum vacation time like every other modern country.
Allowing greedy companies to decided has obvious results. For example, the company I work for only observes 7 holidays and gives zero days days of vacation during your first year and only five after while adding only one day each year up to a maximum of 15.
Minus the holidays I have had only 9 days off in over two years. Of course the company I work for thinks that is fair..
