Switched jobs, mainly for the flexible hybrid working. I was told 1/2 days in the office a week, those days were of my choosing. I accepted. Anything more rigid than this, and I wouldn’t have joined. 3 days….. literally 3 days into starting and now it’s a mandatory 2 days a week, and I can no longer decide which days. Anyone experienced anything similar? Is my only option to suck it up and try find something else?
