I feel to give some perspective i should say first that i have 6 years of experience working on the line and 4 years of culinary school. I recently resigned from a position due to uncontrollable family related issues and have been looking constantly ,since resigning, for a job with indeed. the area I live in is very tourism based and I don't feel iv got a leg to stand on when it comes to establishing boundaries with these reasteraunts, iv been refused what I feel is reasonable acomidation (siting to take weight of my knee iv had surgery) and told by local labor attorneys i don't have a case, Or at lease not one they saw as worth there time.
If anyone has advice or a similar experience they would be able to share i would greatly appreciate it.
This whole situation has left me feeling defenseless
