Today two people (we’ll can them Matt & Kim) from my team were off which left me to pick up their work on top of my daily tasks. Towards the end of the day my boss sends me DM and copies our team leader asking me: “you weren’t able to get to any of Kim’s tickets?” I replied saying “no” explaining I was overwhelmed working on the day to day things matt & I work on together along with my own / Separate tasks.
Now I feel bad because I feel like my boss is coming at me as is he’s trying to prove that I’m not working good enough or well enough.
Im very generous with my time, in the past week I’ve been coming early and staying late, not by hours but maybe 10 to 30 minutes.
Im currently traveling for a family emergency and working out of my laptop which is not as fast as my PC at home however, I wouldn’t consider it a hinderance to my productivity. I was simply too busy today to work on other peoples work!
Ugh I feel attacked!
