Fell for it again

I know the companies do not care for their employees as much as they do their profits. I’ve learned this lesson before. I thought this one was different. They talk about fair pay, respecting their workers and being a great place to work… apparently they want to help people progress in their careers. So why are new hires being taken on with less experience for more than I’m being paid? Why is the senior role I’ve been working towards for 2 years still not available, and unlikely to become available for another 6-12 months? Because they’re not different, they lied, and I fell for it, again. Loyalty my ass. Checking my CV tonight and will put myself back on the market.
