I still get asked this and I can't believe or understand why they do it.
When I asked the same, what happened to the person in this position? Why are you guys looking to hire? I get a bad remark or they just smirk in a smug way. Why can't we ask the same and why is this even a question??
I left my job because the company went under from the lockdown. But I'm still not sure what they're trying to get out from this, I say if I caused a nuclear war that's why I left, why is it important and what's a proper way to ask?
