Hi y’all. I need HELP. I put my two weeks in for my job and my last day was February 6. I was told this extra overtime I had and the sick hours I requested to use (before I put in my 2 weeks) would be on my final paycheck which would be separate from the paycheck I got after my last day. It wasn’t and I keep texting my ex-boss, when will I get my final paycheck and he keeps saying he’s contacting payroll but it’s been a month since I quit and 2 weeks since my last paycheck. Don’t want to go to labor boards cause I won’t see that money for an even longer period of time. I’m in California btw. What are my options? Can I start a lawsuit possibly?
