I worked in retail, selling cell phones.
My bosses boss threatened to make us pay out of our wages for items we didn't steal or know anything about (cell phones and such) — I decided to report them to Department of Labor for Wage Theft.
I sure as shit didn't steal anything and I'm not their personal loss prevention team…(we don't even have loss prevention – our boss just spies on us all day on the cameras in the store and calls our store to cry when we sit around)
Today…yet another threat from management about taking our wages for items “lost” or “stolen” from our store.
So Today,
I blew up all of internal chat we should report wage theft with links and everything. I rage quit on the spot and told management to literally “get fucked”.
My immediate boss decided to be a bootlicker scum fuck and tell me that quitting without notice made me look guilty and all the “lost” or “stolen” items would come out of my pay…which drove me off the deep end. I told him any employer games playing games like that don't deserve our fucking labor – full stop. Told my boss to get fucked and review the security cameras.
…the fuck it is, and they can hear from my lawyer because I didn't steal shit
