Just ranting, put in my two weeks at this toxic place and they had the nerve to send me home a few days early before my last official day. The boss literally accused me of going through her computer as if I care enough about her emails to put energy into doing that. My other boss and her son who work there are also straight up racist. The clientele we work with are mostly immigrants and brown/asian folks. Constantly talking bad about how she can’t understand anyone’s accent or can’t be bothered to learn how to pronounce anyone’s name. Starting off every sentence with “I’m not racist, but…” and treating my Indian coworker terribly because of her accent. Not giving her a promotion because “nobody will understand her if she works upfront”. Saying she doesn’t know how to use soap and she smells bad. She was the sweetest most hardworking person there. Not to mention her son who was just hired for front desk makes $3 more by the hour than the other front desk workers for no reason other than he’s her son. She would talk bad about every single person at the company calling staff and patrons stupid morons behind their back. Good fucking riddance
