If someone is an employer, in that they have even just one employee working for them, they should be required to disclose finances of the company to anyone who works there. Let the outrage begin. And I want to add: a lot of people here get mad at inflated profits because of shareholders… But don't forget to hate the private companies too. Walmart. Mars. Etc. They don't have share profit info with anyone.
