Finding a job is the most toxic thing you can do right now

When you apply, you sometimes get a call for an interview… but it's not an interview. You get to drive over to an office of someplace an hour away they hired to hire people for them and you have to give them every bit of information there is on you to the point that they can easily steal your identity and empty your bank account and do a 5 minute talk through to see if you're 'hireable'. Then, after a week (if you're lucky and they're legit), you go to an interview where A) you're told that “no one wants to work” and “young people can't do customer service because they're too mean” meaning they pay shit, and want you to stand there and smile through massive abuse or B) this job doesn't hold hours because we don't know when we'll need you, so you'll always be on call and…

Then, after a week (if you're lucky and they're legit), you go to an interview where A) you're told that “no one wants to work” and “young people can't do customer service because they're too mean” meaning they pay shit, and want you to stand there and smile through massive abuse or B) this job doesn't hold hours because we don't know when we'll need you, so you'll always be on call and we may call you at midnight to be there at 5am because something broke and the pay is $15/hour and no overtime.

There has GOT to be a better way. Anyone know a good remote place hiring customer service or computer technicians because I'm exhausted by this.
