Fired after being assaulted at work.

I was at work, when my coworker/ superior on site physically and verbally assaulted me.(threatened to make me shut up while approaching me and putting his chest against mine. Then proceeded to fabricate a story about me brandishing a knife during the altercation to have me trespassed from the worksite. I have a witness to the whole thing that made a statement which describes how I was assaulted and also didn't brandish a knife. I made my supervisors aware of the situation as well as HR know. I got news today, I'm going to be terminated for “disrespecting a superior” while I'm still in my first 90 days (probational period). I'll be making a police report about this as well.
