So I got fired today, my first day back after having covid last week. Obviously they just wanted to get rid of me. However on the “do you understand why we’re firing you form” they asked me to sign, it shows that they are firing me due to violation of the attendance policy. They specified in writing that they were firing me for missing work due to covid and even listed the dates I was sick. Whats my recourse here?
