Exactly what the title says. I was fired two days ago because I “wasn’t a good personality fit.”
I got along with all but two people at the company but apparently that wasn’t enough.
In an at-will employment state so I have absolutely no recourse.
I also strongly suspect I was fired bc I had recently told my boss that one of my coworkers stopped talking to me because I’m gay but I have no proof of that. So I’m back on the job hunt. Yay.
