I worked security at a restaurant/bar. I decided to go there on my night off to drink with buddies. One of my coworkers/officer said to one of the managers that he saw me give out 21+ wristbands to underage people. I never did. Coincidently, managers found underage people with 21+ wristbands that same night. Without questioning me, talking to me, no video evidence, I was terminated and banned from that restaurant/bar for a month.
I went back yesterday with my buddies after my ban was up. Security told me to step outside and said I’m no longer allowed in the restaurant per manager’s orders. I was confused because I was told by another manager I could come back. I requested to speak with the head manager who terminated me. He approached me and wanted to shake my hand. I said, “im not gonna shake your hand until you tell me why I’m still banned.” He literally flipped out, “WHAT THE FUCK?!?! ALL I WANTED WAS A HANDSHAKE! FUCK YOU!! I ASKED FOR THE SIMPLEST THING!! GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!!”
I eventually walked away. Afterwards, I heard from multiple people that the manager accused me of wanting to beat him up. I received multiple threats from managers stating if I come near them, they’ll fuck me up. What should I do now?
