I worked for a small local business for 3 years. Was accused of theft with no actual proof to back it up. We had a “meeting” about it and the next week I was suddenly fired due to “ a termination of contract in an at will state.” I’m RIDING this unemployment and loving it! These people were kind and nice and seemed like the best place I have worked in over 17 years. But, when it came down to it, they were just as scummy as any mega corporation.
Anyways, I am living and loving my life these days. My former coworkers tell me that are overworked and hate their new and unpaid responsibilities.
I’ve encouraged
Them to quit.
