Criticized for coming into office at 9:30 (F). My coworker (M) punched someone in the face on cocaine at a company event and didn’t get fired for 6 months.

I'm relatively young and my job is honestly not that hard, and I get paid a lot to do it. My hours kind of suck, they're unpredictable, and I'm on call at all times. Because I respond to requests on Sundays, 9pm, literally whenever, I thought I could wfh for a few hours in the morning and then go into the office. Apparently this annoyed certain individuals, so now I have to make it a point to be in the office 9-5 where people can see me. All of my performance reviews have been spectacular. I'm especially annoyed because my male coworker (who vastly underperforms) showed up to a company event completely coked up, broke a computer, and punched a coworker, did not get fired for 6 months. Annoyed because with everyone going back into the office, I have to “participate” in more social activities at work, and watch men…

Annoyed because with everyone going back into the office, I have to “participate” in more social activities at work, and watch men do so much repeatedly idiotic shit, then receive shit for showing up to work “late” When I was already working from home.
