Currently interning don’t know about my next step.

First off apologies if this does not belong here. So I’m currently interning at a small undisclosed hardware company and my internship is almost ending. My boss implied that she would like me to stay and become a full employee. She wants to pay me an hourly rate + commission of whatever I sell. The commission does not entice me as I do not care about the selling aspect of the job. I’ve had a talk with some of the employees and they are all getting paid WAY below minimum wage + commission, so that means that the boss is most likely going to pay me less than minimum wage too. Unfortunately I am in a position where I can not let this opportunity go (not in the US) because finding a new job would be too hard where I am. How do I approach the idea, to my boss,…

Unfortunately I am in a position where I can not let this opportunity go (not in the US) because finding a new job would be too hard where I am. How do I approach the idea, to my boss, that I rather be paid above minimum wage and not have the commission benefits?
