I've been at my company for several years now, with no writeups or verbal warnings.. and just like that, I get a call from HR that “it isn't working out”. That's it. No other reason. I work in an at-will state so probably not much I can do about it. Very heartless.. I have another offer on the table, and am really hoping that pans out, but you never know.. just so sick of the endless grind
