Hello all,
I am writing this for a friend that I care deeply about. They were hired last month in a bulk school by a really big organization. My friend loved their job & was really picking up the material well, even teaching the other trainees how to do certain tasks. A few days ago they were called in by the director of their unit and was told they were terminating their relationship with the company, and they immediately got let go. I am just wondering, what could be the reason for this? They did not give any specifics at all, and just said it was a management decision, even though they were working better than the other trainees, all of whom continued in their positions. Ive asked my friend and they have no knowledge of doing any misconduct, so why would the company fire only them?
It honestly sucks that I cant do anything to help them, as legally they are not entitled to even know the reason. But its truly making me hate this system even more, especially when i see this happen to a good, honest and passionate person. Any advice?
