Essentially my floor lead in specific makes it a point near daily to tell me I need to “make sure” I'm only using the bathroom on my scheduled breaks. Not only is this annoying it interrupts my work when he makes me come to a full stop so I can listen to him tell me again. I'm not going to comply, as in Washington it's against state labor law for him to do this.
My.real question is, do I tell him outright that he's breaking the law or do I wait for some kind of punishment so I can just throw it to the labor board?
