I called the department of labor and he is saying he only sees 480 hours maximum , but will double check with colleagues to be sure and call me back. Is there anyone who has experience or knowledge with this that has the correct answer? Had a rough year with baby being born and wife having issues and I went over the 480 hours. I used 540 hours for the year. Would I be ok since I am scheduled 56 hour weeks?
