My depression and mental health are declining with the pressure from my job. I want to have FMLA leave for up to 12 weeks. My doctor today declined and said it doesn’t qualify – I know others that got FMLA leave for that and I’m not sure what to do now. Can someone that has taken that leave help me figure out next steps?
