So I have intermittent fmla. I am allowed to take 3 times a week for 2 days as needed and appts (my doctor was very generous). I called out today due to flare up. Ok fine reported hours. I get a text after work hours telling me how busy it’s going to be tomorrow from my supervisor to me and another person. I did notify my supervisor I may not be there tomorrow. Is this even legal?
