Everyone said I qualify for constructive dismissal but my manager is saying that I am not terminated because he has other positions open for me. I do not plan on taking these (obviously worse) positions, but does this now disqualify me from unemployment? Or is it still constructive dismissal because he is not offering me shifts in the position I was hired for?
