The class of owners need overabundance of workers. Why? Workers are commodites like any other. They have price. The price is their salary. The bigger the supply of workers the price falls more and more. If price falls=salaries fall. If salaries fall, the costs fall=profits rise up.
Rate of natural increase in the US has been falling for decades. Decades. It was 1,7% in the 60s, it's 0,4% now. It fell 425%. All of that puts the supply at risk. Putting supply at risk, it puts… profits at risk.
THIS IS NOT A DISTRACTION. IT IS ONE OF THE THINGS THE CLASS OF OWNERS IS WILLING TO DO IN ORDER FOR THEM TO KEEP THEIR FUCKING PROFITS
THEY WILL LITERALLY USE FORCE TO SAVE THEIR MONEY, AT YOUR EXPENSE.

Those fucks came with the ban literally a year after it was made public that the program of goverment-help for families to increase natural increase failed miserably. A whole nation went to protests.
