I just found out that my company suddenly expects us to fight for shifts and days off. We have all of a weekend to bid on shifts and hope we keep the ones we have. I have multiple appointments connected to a Disability all set around my current days off. I have sent HR an official request to keep my current schedule as a Disability Accommodation. What steps should I take after they no doubt turn that down?
