I work at CVS and my manager is telling me to come into work with Covid even though according to company policy I'm supposed to be in quarantine for another 5 days. I tried contacting hr, but it'll take 5 to 10 days for them to investigate the issue. Should I refuse to come to work because it's against even CVS's policy or what should I do?
