Former employee asked me to remove a negative review on Glassdoor

I wrote a negative review about a former employer on Glassdoor a few months ago. I was terminated almost two years ago. Found an email in my inbox today from one of the co-founders saying that he could only imagine the review was from me, and reminding me I signed a non disclosure agreement “in connection to a severance payment”. He concluded by saying that getting into a public war of words does us no good, and telling me to honor the agreement and take the post down. Should I? For context, the circumstances of my departure definitely violated my rights, and I posted in part about the emotional abuse I suffered but also about other toxic aspects of the entire culture.
