I work with a bunch of slobs. 12 hour shifts , 24/7. People leave dirty food bowl laying around. The fridge is full of takeout from a month ago and smells. I try to set some ground rules to keep things clean. And I get a hand written note, showing they don't care, and would rather work in this filth. I give up.
