- I've worked here for months and this is literally the first time they've mentioned a requirement to arrive 10-15 minutes early or to remain during planning periods.
- The schedule times showing in Frontline Absence Management are already 15-30 minutes before school starts and have given me more than adequate preparation time so far.
- If I'm going to get up 10-15 minutes earlier to spend an additional 10-15 minutes at work, then I damn well expect to be paid for that additional 10-15 minutes, but for some strange reason the time cards they give me to fill out only cover the times listed in Frontline Absence Management.
- If the teacher's final period of the day is a planning period, apparently it's important for me to stay and stare at the wall for 50-75 minutes – since they've previously sent out another Friendly Reminder that I'm not allowed to bring a book or do anything to entertain myself.
