Hello, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Cazidin and today I ask one simple question.
I was talking with a friend of mine earlier today, I know them online as they live in Alabama and I do not. Let's call this friend Fay.
Fay's landlady, who we'll call April, terminated Fay's lease on their home immediately citing Fay owes almost $2,000 and demands Fay vacates within seven days.
Problem being that Fay has kept up with every single payment that's come for the home and without fail.
April refuses to send an itemized bill until Monday.
I thought tenants had protections for at least 30 days, are we missing something here? Because this is all the info I got. Any advice would be appreciated.
