I hate this. This year ive been struggling with work nonstop. Im a young adult, autistic, with a variety of physical and mental health problems. Ive been trying to apply for disavowed with no success. Working has never worked out for me. The first job i had this year was constantly not informing me of important information and schedule changes which led to me getting fired. Got hired at another place and then out from under me they changed my hours to be hours that which it was physically impossible for me to get to my job on time, despite what i put for my availability. I had to quit. Now ive got another job and they put me at the worst possible hours for me again, despite what i put for my availability and im already close to being fired for attendance, not to mention CONSTANT technical errors that ive been getting that my partner who also works here ISNT getting. Why is this happening to me specifically? Its like the world is trying to tell me im not capable of meeting the harsh standards we're all required to meet. Im tired of it.
