So I work at Intuit at Sitel in canada. It's all work from home, so my location doesn't matter. Firstly, Sitel has had a 'wage freeze' for over a decade, because of the 'economy' meaning they refuse to give raises, which is already bullshit. Secondly, minimum wage in my province went up, and we didn't see that, for reasons that were never given to us. The cost of living keeps going up and up, and sitel could NOT give a shit about us. It's fucking terrible. The only reason I haven't quit is because finding another call center job that offers remote work and isn't sales related is hard.
