My wife has been dealing with a toxic and hostile coworker. Her managers response was to not schedule them together. That's a bandaid fix and doesn't actually solve anything. So, my wife had an interview today and got the job. She put in her two weeks and was immediately fired. So, we are expected to give a two weeks notice but they don't have to honor it. What a joke. No wonder people are pissed. If you are a hairstylist looking for a job, don't go to SportClips. Their policy is to fire you upon giving a two weeks and they don't care to fix actual issues in the work place.
