It was my first day and that is all I need it to never apply to another sales and marketing job. The over the top energy. The unnecessary games to keep people motivated. All the silly rules to keep people engaged and interacting was just ridiculous. I couldn't yawn, lay on the wall, use my phone, or even sit down before things started. They literally had people dancing in a circle if they saw them yawning. Like what is this? A circus? A club?
Also only 200 dollars for the first week of training and 400 for the next one? Like what? There is not hour pay either. Everything is commission. Thus, If I fail to sell one single product on a day. I would end up losing money because they do not pay or provide gas or vehicles.
Additionally, I refuse to be driving door to door during awful conditions. There is literally no safety net in the job if you fail to sell anything. Pretty much free labor because the company is not paying me to drive to these places or even drive up to work. Literally a waste of my time for even trying the job out.
I sincerely respect those who do it but I cannot do this. I need an guarantee income, not wathever this is.
