I signed a contract to hire contract where it says that I'm a contractor, and I'll be in a full time position. After working full time for 2 weeks and being on 1099 I noticed that this is not allowed and eventually taxes will make me homeless and I can be “fired” anytime and will get no benefits (bc I am a contractor). How can I handle this? PS: This is my first technical role, It was hard to get it and I am heavily underpaid.
